GET A VOICE! Membership is just $1 per person, per year.

Joining ACCO in advocating for constructive change is easy & almost free.  Every co-op & condo owner in New York State can benefit by helping us grow.

You’ll save time–& help us do more advocacy on your behalf–if you register online using the online form below.  After you click “submit”, click again for the payment screen.

If you prefer to send a check, print this form, complete & mail.

Because we’re an advocacy organization, we’ll be most effective if each person 18 or older in a residence belongs to ACCO individually.  Our fee is low to make this affordable.

Though we’re all volunteers, membership fees obviously don’t cover our overhead.  Donations help ACCO grow & expand our lobbying & outreach;  please give if you can.

If you have questions, contact us at members[at]condocoopowners.org.

Forward this page link to your neighbors, co-workers, relatives & friends!

(For those without computer access, we suggest asking a relative or friend to open & maintain a free email account.  If that’s not feasible, a U.S. Postal Service option is available via our printed membership form, at a $20 annual fee to cover actual mailing costs.)
